Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Pipeline Hygiene Scanner ("the service"), operated by Montclar. By connecting your Pipedrive account you accept them.

The service

The service reads your Pipedrive data with read-only permissions, finds deals that need attention and emails digests to the people you choose. It never changes your Pipedrive data. It is offered as a beta, without a service-level commitment.

Trial, price and cancellation

Each Pipedrive company gets a 14-day free trial without a card. After that the service costs $39 per month per company, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time by disconnecting the app; the subscription ends immediately and is not refunded for the remaining part of the month.

Your responsibilities

You must be allowed to connect the Pipedrive account and to send its deal information to the recipients you choose. Do not use the service to send unsolicited email or to break the law.

Data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or on this page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
