1. Connect

You need a Pipedrive account; there is no separate Montclar account to create, because installing the app creates it.

From the Pipedrive Marketplace: open the Pipeline Hygiene Scanner listing and click Install now.
From this website: click Connect Pipedrive on the home page and sign in to Pipedrive.

Pipedrive then shows the permissions; click Allow and install. Install with a Pipedrive admin user so the scan covers every deal: a non-admin install covers only the deals that user can see. The app asks for read-only permissions:

Deals (read): open deals, their pipelines, owners, expected close dates and creation times.
Users (read): names, emails and whether each user is active or an admin, to address digests, find ownerless deals and tell you when a non-admin install cannot see every deal.
Activities (read): the date of each deal's last activity.
Basic information: your company ID and domain, and your time zone.

2. Choose what to scan and who gets the email

After connecting you land on the dashboard, which shows a short Getting started checklist. Select the pipelines to scan, tick the salespeople who should get their own digest, enter the manager email for the rollup, and set the number of days without activity (default 14), the time zone (defaults to yours in Pipedrive) and the send time. Click Save and scan to see the current issues.

3. Turn on the daily digest

Click Enable daily digest. Each morning at the send time, every selected salesperson with issues gets a list of their deals, and the manager gets the rollup. Send today's digest sends one immediately; each person gets at most one digest per day.

How the rules work

No active owner: the deal has no owner, or its owner is deactivated or deleted in Pipedrive.
Expected close date passed: the expected close date is before today in the company's time zone.
No recent activity: the deal's last activity (or, if it has none, its creation date) is at least the chosen number of days ago.

Only open deals in the selected pipelines are scanned; won, lost and deleted deals are ignored.

Billing

The first 14 days are free and need no card. To continue, click Start $39/month subscription on the dashboard; payment is handled by Stripe. Disconnecting the app cancels the subscription.

Disconnect or uninstall

Click Disconnect on the dashboard, or uninstall the app in Pipedrive (Tools and apps → Marketplace apps). Either way the access tokens are destroyed, digests stop and any subscription is cancelled.
