What we access

With the permissions you approve in Pipedrive we read: open deals (title, owner, pipeline, status, expected close date, creation time, last activity), users (name, email, active and admin status) and basic account information (company ID and domain, the installing user's time zone).

What we store

Encrypted access tokens (AES-256-GCM) and your company ID and domain.
Your settings: selected pipelines, digest recipients (user IDs), manager email, schedule and time zone.
Issue records: deal ID, rule, owner ID and when the issue was first seen.
A delivery log with a one-way hash of each recipient's email and the date, to send at most one digest per day.
Stripe customer and subscription IDs if you subscribe.

Deal titles and other deal content are processed only while building a scan or an email and are not stored.

Who processes data for us

Render (hosting and database, Frankfurt, EU).
Resend (sending the digest emails, which contain deal titles and links).
Stripe (payments).
PostHog (product analytics: event names, opaque IDs and counts only; no CRM content or email addresses).

Retention and deletion

We keep the data while the app is installed. When you disconnect or uninstall, the tokens are destroyed immediately and digests stop. Email us to delete the remaining settings and records; we do so within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing samuel@montclar.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
